Grilled Cheese, Ice Cream, and Noodles to Join Bourse Food Hall

 

Four more tenants — three of them home-grown businesses — have been signed for the Bourse Marketplace, the eating hall being developed to open next summer at the Bourse building near Independence Hall. The roster of tenants now appears to be about half-filled. All told, the marketplace will have 27 food, beverage, and retail shops, in addition to four anchor tenants. Previously announced tenants include:

 

Bluebird Distilling:
Full craft cocktail bar and retail store from Phoenixville, PA’s award-winning, grain-to-glass distillery

Chaat and Chai:
Indian street food concept from chef Anney Thomas.

Chocodiem:
A branch of the Easton-based artisanal Belgian chocolatier

Grub House:
A branch of the South Philly all-day comfort-fooder.

Ka’moon:
Egyptian cuisine prepared halal-style from the folks behind the Taza Truck in Easton.

Pinch Dumplings:
A branch of the Chinese dumpling shop based in Washington, D.C.

Prescription Chicken:
The first brick and mortar location for this soup shop.

Olive With A Twist:
A retailer selling such items cheeses, pâté, charcuterie, olive oils, balsamics, pasta, and sauces.

Vera Pasta Co.:
A fast-casual, fresh pasta seller of made-to-order pasta meals alongside Italian wines and packaged pasta to-go.
